Billie Eilish isn’t here for your toxic BTS negativity, okay? The singer maintained her reputation as one of the sweetest artists ever when she defended BTS in an interview with NPR music at the Austin City Limits music festival over the weekend.

In a viral video clip, the 17-year-old, who has collaborated with a whole host of amazing artists within her short career, was asked by an interviewer whether she would ever collaborate with the BTS. She posed the question to her fans in the audience, the majority of whom responded with an overwhelming “NO!” Billie was shook by the crowd’s reaction, which caused her to gasp, but she responded in the best way.

“Stop!” she told the audience. “Oh my god. That is so mean! I’m not gonna listen to them. They [BTS] are very nice, they’ve said some very nice things about me.”

The “nice things” Billie is referring to are gestures made by BTS singer Jungkook. Back in April, the K-Pop star said Billie was his dream artist to collaborate with. Then, just two months later, Jungkook posted a hilarious video of himself miming Billie’s anthem “Bad Guy” to Twitter.

BTS stans praised Billie in her mentions for defending their fave group.

We stan an unproblematic queen!
