Even the ugliest pets are cute, but our favorite pampered pooches put other non-celebrity pets to shame. Ed Sheeran, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, Kylie Jenner, and Amanda Seyfried realized their pets have star potential and set up social media accounts so we can have a daily dose of adorable, but we fell in love with Ariana Grande's beloved Toulouse and Chris Evans's rescue Dodger because, like all of us, they're such proud owners that their pets are basically inescapable on their feeds. We started out stanning their owners, but these cuddly pets have stolen our hearts like they were our own.
Toulouse may be the most famous dog in America after appearing on the cover of Vogue alongside his owner, Ariana Grande, in July 2019 and appearing as Bruiser Woods in her "thank u, next" music video. The beagle-chihuahua mix, full named Toulouse Lautrec Grande, is six years old, a Gemini, and was named after the beige kitten in The Aristocrats. Toulouse won Cutest Musician's Pet at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which is apparently a real thing. Toulouse was a shelter dog, which proves that Ari is a big-hearted savior of pets.
Taylor Swift is a proud cat woman thanks to her Scottish folds, Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey. Tay recently added a ragdoll kitten to her growing family, Benjamin Button, but Mer and Olivia are longtime fan-favorites, appearing in Deadpool 2 alongside family friend Ryan Reynolds. Taylor's fur babies are named after her favorite television characters from Law & Order: SVU and Grey's Anatomy. Meredith is eight years old and Olivia is five years old, but we can't remember a time before Meredith and Olivia were plastered across Taylor's social media profiles.
And the award for Hottest Dog Father goes to Chris Evans, whose love for his rescue dog Dodger rivals Captain America's love for justice. Chris tweeted a video of the first time he met Dodger, which was during filming for Gifted, on National Pet Day to remind us all that rescue dogs are the best dogs. Chris's regular videos of his pup are the most personal glimpses into his life fans see on social media, but they prove that Chris and Cap share a heart of gold.
Chrissy Teigen lost her most-loved dog Puddy in March 2018, but the Cravings author and her EGOT husband John Legend still have Frenchies Penny, Pippa, and Pepper to be daughter Luna's furry best friends. All three of the pups are famous in their own right, but we're partial to the three-legged Penny, who appeared alongside Chrissy's 2018 Vogue shoot. Chrissy tweeted that the "tripod lovebug" was abused by her first family in South Carolina, and the Teigen-Legends rescued her and shower her with love.
No wonder Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift are such good friends: they're both crazy cat people. Ed and his now-wife Cherry Seaborn have been co-parenting Dorito and Calippo since their birth, and the affectionately nicknamed Squish and Pusslé have their own Instagram account as The Wibbles with over 375 thousand followers. The kittens turned three in May 2019, and according to their posts, they love Ed's new single "I Don't Care." Ed's love for cats has been well-documented on tour as well, with the ginger crooner visiting a cat cafe in Japan for his video diary.
We stan Toulouse, but all of Ari's pets are literal legends. It's been known that Ariana had a tough past few years (personally, not professionally), especially after the passing of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller. Myron was originally Mac's pup, but Myron went to live with Ari in 2018 long before Mac's overdose. Ari is now Myron's full-time caretaker and travels with the "thank u, next" singer and fellow pup Toulouse while Ariana's on tour. Ari even has a Myron tattoo on her foot, which covered up a tribute to her ex-fiancé Pete Davidson.
Miley Cyrus loves Dora like she was her own, but make no mistake: this rescue pup is Liam Hemsworth's fur baby through and through. Us Weekly has the tea on Dora's adoption in November 2015, when Miley went to Wylder’s Pet Center and Rescue in Studio City and sent pictures of the pup to her then-best friend to help him remotely choose which dog to adopt. The couple reconciled shortly after Dora's adoption, so maybe man's best friend had a hand in pushing our favorite married couple back towards the altar.
Ariana Grande has nine dogs, but she only has one Piggy Smallz. Ari got her emotional support pig during her engagement to Pete Davidson in September 2018, and she kept full custody following the couple's split. Piggy hasn't been seen on her Instagram profile, RealPiggySmallz, since January 2019, possibly because our baby pig isn't so little anymore. It's possible someone else is taking care of Piggy while Ari is on tour, but we hope to see more of the real OG soon.
It's been a long time since Barack Obama's 2007 campaign for hope. A long, long time. PopSugar remembers the good old days when Barack made a campaign promise to his daughters, Sasha and Malia Obama, that if he won the presidency, he would buy them a dog. Lucky for the young sisters (and the American public), Barack did become the forty-fourth president, and the family was gifted a Portuguese Water Dog by Senator Edward M. Kennedy, who's partial to the breed. The Obamas ended up adopting Bo and his sister Sunny in 2013.
Jenna Marbles may be named after her eldest dog, an eleven-year-old chihuahua named Charles Franklin Marbles, but we're obsessed with Marbles's little brother, Italian greyhound Kermit. Kermit is nine-years-old and constantly crying, probably because he's an accident-prone little goofball who's fallen into the pool, gotten stung by a bee, been bitten by a spider, and wagged his tail so hard it broke. The adorable middle child loves barking at squirrels, eating soap, and his wife, Peach. Jenna is a fantastic momma to her fur babies, even if she has forgotten Kermit's birthday before.
After the tragic loss of her childhood pet in 2015, a Schnauzer named Midnight, Spider-Man: Far From Home actress Zendaya adopted her miniature Schnauzer, Noon. Get Leashed learned Zendaya had to use the expertise of Cesar Millan, a dog whisperer known for helping Kim Kardashian with her yappy Pomeranian, to calm her new puppy. Noon is growing up, but Zendaya still treats her son like he's a baby pup, regularly posing for IG cuddling with the good boy everywhere from the pool to a private plane.
We honestly didn't know who would end up owning the adorable pomeranian Honey after a 2017 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians showed sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian arguing over who gets to keep Kourtney's dog. Kim took her sister's dog hostage, claiming that Honey likes her better and has adjusted to life in the Kardashian-West household, but eventually gave the fur baby back to her rightful owner, Kourtney's daughter, Penelope Disick. Any dog with this many millionaires arguing over who gets to keep her must be pretty special.
Tom Holland really has it all: a starring role in the MCU, a new girlfriend, and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Tessa. Our Marvel crush adopted Spider-Man's best friend when she was just a puppy in 2014, and Buzzfeed has documented the pair playing dress-up, taking naps, and catching up on FaceTime while Tom is off shooting multi-million dollar motion pictures. Tessa was even Tom Holland's red carpet date for Spiderman: Homecoming's world premiere. Now if only we could get Tom Holland to love us as much as he loves his dog.
Add Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner to the list of millennial couples who've made an Instagram for their fur baby. Regally named Porky Basquiat Jonas, the couple adopted their Direwolf husky pup in 2017, and the class act flew all the way to France to be a groomsman in his parent's wedding, tux and all.
We don't necessarily approve of Paris Hilton's small dog army because we seriously doubt she can provide the quality time all thirty dogs deserve (and because she tends to shell out dozens of thousands of dollars for her pups instead of adopting rescues), but she definitely has the means to provide a comfortable life for her celebrity pets in their very own dog mansion. Nylon once did a breakdown of all the Hilton Pets we know about, although the only one we'd heard of, the famous purse dog Tinkerbell, died in 2015 at age fourteen.
Tiny actor Jacob Tremblay got an equally tiny puppy, and it's almost too cute to handle. The twelve-year-old SAG-nominated actor named his three-year-old toy poodle Rey after the character from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and he posted a collage of Instagram photos from We Day 2016 of the lucky dog's playdate with Demi Lovato's puppy Batman, where Rey also hung out with Joe Jonas, Charlize Theron, and Kermit the Frog.
Priyanka Chopra's dog Diana has more clout than any of us ever will after she was honored with her own profile in Vogue. Diana spends her days traveling with Priyanka in a two-thousand dollar leather Voltigeur carrier since being rescued by Priyanka in 2017. Diana has over one hundred thousand followers on Instagram, tons of designer accessories from brands like Tiffany and Moncler, and she got to appear in the "Sucker" music video with the rest of the Jonai. Now *that* is one lucky b*tch.
Hugh Jackman has really done it all. The Welsh actor is only an Academy Award away from EGOT-ing, he's happily married with two children, and he has a projected net worth of one-hundred million dollars. When he isn't selling out arenas on his world tour, Hugh's probably chilling at home with his French bulldog Dali and his poodle mix Allegra. Parade broke down Hugh's best IG posts featuring these cuddle buddies, but it's about time Allegra and Dali finally got an Instagram account of their own.
Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried has Big Love for her dog Finn, who she found when his litter appeared on the set of her HBO series. Amanda has been a vocal advocate for rescuing shelter dogs, and she showers Finn with attention on his official Instagram, finnsite, which has over eighty-one thousand followers. Finn has appeared on The Today Show and in a video for Vogue alongside his owner, and Amanda also spoke about Finn to InStyle in support of Best Friends Animal Society's Strut Your Mutt charity walk.
Norman and Bambi Jenner haven't updated their IG since 2017, and Your Tango did some digging to find out where our favorite of Kylie Jenner's pups have gone. The Italian Greyhounds were introduced on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2014 and in 2016, Kylie ditched the American Music Awards to take care of Bambi and her new litter of puppies. Kylie built a Paris Hilton-style air-conditioned dog mansion for Bambi, Norman, and her new puppy, Wesley, in 2018 before taking to Twitter in early 2019 confirming that Normi and Bambi are doing just fine.
