In 2003, a 10-year-old Alyson had her first big movie role in Cheaper By The Dozen, and the actress also had a thriving career as a backup dancer. Now, she voices animated projects and recently joined Missy Elliot on stage to recreate their 2002 “Work It” dance routine at the 2019 VMAs.
