Jeffree Star Drags Kylie Jenner & Lady Gaga Back-To-Back

By  |

Jeffree Star and Kylie Jenner definitely don’t have the best friendship track record, with him publicly bashing her cosmetic and skincare line more than a handful of times. Over the weekend, Kylie announced her second Kylie Skin product drop, which consists of a Coconut Body Lotion, Coconut Body Scrub, and an SPF30 Oil, and as expected, Jeffree has some opinions on the new range.

The popular Instagram page Trendmood posted a photo of the new Kylie Summer range on Instagram over the weekend, and Jeffree just couldn’t stay silent. According to Cosmopolitan, he wrote a short but telling comment under the post that read: “Hahahahahha.” Oh dear.

Fans instantly began dragging the beauty influencer for shading Kylie, to which he sassily replied: “You should probably have a seat because as a human being on this planet, I’m allowed to comment on anyone’s releases; it’s also my job… Her first skin-care drop was a complete joke and was basically a money grab so relax before trying to come for me. I’d rather save millions of people money than letting them be ripped off by a celebrity.”

This isn’t the only scandal Jeffree has been involved in this week. He’s also been criticized for comments he made about Lada Gaga’s new cosmetic line, which was just made available for pre-order yesterday. Jeffree took to Twitter to draw attention to the fact that Haus Labs is already available for pre-order, but the products won’t ship till September.

One Gaga stan came for Jeffree, stating that it’s called pre-order for a reason, to which Jeffree clapped back: “I know what a PRE-ORDER is.. I just don’t like launches where we customers have to wait several months, the product should be available immediately when you’re at that level of success but that’s just my opinion. Doesn’t mean I don’t love Gaga, take a deep breath!!!”

According to WeTheUnicorns, Jeffree then went on to explain himself further on Snapchat, saying: “It is an Amazon exclusive, not really living for that idea but … it is a pre-order and it’s not shipping until September! All I said was, look, I think when you’re at that level of success, of wealth, you should have a line ready to roll. So, of course, everybody has their opinions. Me as a consumer — as a make-up lover, girl, I wanna review it right now, if it’s on sale it should be Amazon Prime-ing to my door right this second.”

So much for staying out of the drama then, Jeffree …
