Cole Sprouse Returns To The Friends Couch To Celebrate 25 Year Anniversary

These days, we know Cole Sprouse as our beloved Jughead Jones, Lili Reinhart’s boo, a budding celebrity photographer, or maybe even Cody Martin from his Suite Life days. But, if you look back far enough, OG fans will remember him as Ben Geller — Ross’s son on Friends. That’s right, one of Cole’s first acting gigs was in the biggest NBC sitcom of all time.

NBC
To celebrate the 25 year anniversary of the iconic NBC show, the show’s official Instagram account shared photos of Cole, who’s now 27, sitting on the Central Perk couch with Joey’s stuffed penguin, Hugsy. Do you feel old yet?
The photo is captioned: “The One Where Ben Grew Up. @colesprouse #FRIENDS25,” and fans just can’t believe it’s been an entire 25 years since we were first introduced to Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Joey, Monica, Phoebe, and of course, a little less than 25 years since we were introduced to little Ben. Fans of the show have reacted to Cole’s return to the couch on Twitter and like us, they’re feeling all kinds of nostalgia.
They know you as Cody Martin or Forsythe Pendleton "Jughead" Jones III but you will always be Ben Geller to me ?? @colesprouse https://t.co/ayJHPtRdAd

Cole played Ben from 2000 to 2002, before he was slowly cut out of the show in later seasons (rude). He and twin bro Dylan Sprouse went on to star in Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack & Cody until 2011, and now Cole is the star of the CW show Riverdale. We knew Ben Geller would have a soaring career!
