20 Early ’00s TV Shows That Were Way Ahead Of Their Time
What I like about you
Any production that featured Amanda Bynes was an absolute gem and we won’t have you tell us otherwise. What I Like About You began forever ago back in 2002 and continued airing until 2006. It followed the story of two sisters who end up living together in New York City when their father moves to Japan for work. Val (the older sister) worked in PR and had a plush apartment in the city, only for her younger sister (Amanda Bynes) to come in and ruin it all with her antics. The show tackled lots of real-life issues young women — and sisters — face daily and the theme song was a bop. We feel like this one would go down a treat with teens today.
